This relates to a situation where you have a Syariah Court Order that you wish to enforce against your spouse in Singapore.
You can enforce orders made by the Syariah Court in the Family Court.
You may choose to file a Magistrate’s Complaint for breach of the Order under sections 51 or 52 of the Administration of Muslim Law Act, or to have the Syariah Court Order registered as a judgment of a District Court under section 53 of the Administration of Muslim Law Act.
